Returns & Exchanges

We strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. However, if you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to submit a claim. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the issue is a result of our error, we will cover the cost of replacements. 

Return Process

To report any issues with your order, please reach out to our customer support team at support@metaionah.com. We will assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Issues

  • Wrong Address: If the shipping address provided is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Unfortunately the best we can offer at the moment is to hold you accountable for the cost of reshipment once the address is confirmed; so please be sure to verify your address is correct at checkout process.
  • Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to us. You will be liable for the cost of reshipping the item.

Customer-Initiated Returns

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. Please contact us at support@metaionah.com before returning any products. If you wish to exchange an item, it will be at your discretion and expense. For exchanges, you would need to place a new order. 

EU Consumers

As per Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, certain products such as personalized or custom-made goods, and sealed items that have been opened after delivery, are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.

This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.
